By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and with any policies referenced herein. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you access the Service on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

Ijoje retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its look and feel, software, branding, and content. All content on the Service that is not user-generated is owned by Ijoje or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent from Ijoje, except as expressly permitted herein.

Third-Party Links and Hosted Apps

Ijoje functions as a discovery and referral platform. The apps listed in the Service are hosted on external platforms, primarily Google Play. Ijoje does not host, store, maintain, or control the third-party apps, nor does it guarantee their availability, safety, or performance. Your use of any third-party apps is governed by the respective developersâ€™ terms and privacy policies. Ijojeâ€™s role is to provide information and facilitate discovery; responsibility for the third-party apps rests with the developers and hosting platform.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." IJOJE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or title. IJOJE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IJOJE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE FEES PAID, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 500, AS APPLICABLE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY; THEREFORE, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ijoje and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneysâ€™ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or, to the extent permitted by law, in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ijoje regarding the Service.
